A professionally managed company engaged in the business providing services as Enforcement Agents, Resolution Agents, Supporting Agents and Recovery Agents which is legal process outsources outsourcing of all steps, procedures, legal formalities required under SARFAESI Act, 2002.
BPBC Private Limited is a group of professionals (Chartered Accounted, Advocates, Company Secretary and Ex Bankers) engaged in the business of providing services as Legal Process Outsourcing, Debt Recovery, Asset Management, Project Consultants, Marketing Research Analyze.
Company is equipped with complete infrastructure including advocate on panel, arrangement of security guards, large data bank for prospective buyers/investors for assets under distress sale.
The company have sufficient staff strength for each job and our employee and associates is well qualified and already having 100hr. mandatory training as laid down by IIBF/RBI.
The Company have experienced employee and associates for credit control fraud management by collections, verifications, skip tracking for business loan, personal loans, credit cards, vehicle loans and tele-communication.

We have good knowledge to deal with the matter under Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Asset & Enforcement of Security Interest Act 2002, (SARFAESI).
